Welcome to the Jacana Farm
Located in beautiful countryside just out of Auckland, Jacana Farm are proud breeders of Paints, Pintos and Quarter Ponies ~ specialising in Dilutes. Our stunning Australian imported Paint Stallion Double K Ultimate Grand has already proven his worth as a great producer with quality foals over any breed of mare. A classy stallion with exceptional disposition and elevated movement, he is the winner of many Champions, Grand Champions, State and National HOTY Titles
His son Jacana Ultimate Illusion stood at stud for a few years before we decided give up breeding our own and so he was gelding and is now in the South Island where he is loved and doted on by his young rider. Out of our title winning mare Jst N Illusion, Kruiz was bred as an alrounder. Both his sire and dam are fantastic jumpers and have won many titles between them. His dam was a full wire hunter. His grandaughter Jacana Natural Illusion is our absolute dream, she is out of EXP Naturalee by Jacana Ultimate Illusion and when she was born we said she had big shoes to fill and she succeeded before she was 2 yrs old. Winning the English Halter Title at the 2023 Paint Horse Association of New Zealand National Show. We no longer breed our own foals for sale, preferring to concentrate on competing again for the first time in many years. But we stand both boys to the public to limited mares.
